Garages typically have a high humidity level with cars entering wet, as the engine heat can evaporate up to about 4 liters of water (not electric cars) that remains inside the closed garage.
Storage rooms are normally closed for long periods of time without any air renewal.
The closed air and humidity increases moisture in the building structure walls and in all objects stored in that space. This allows the appearance of condensation and oxidation, as well as the formation of musty smell and stale, saturated air.

Air Flow
When the sun shines on the solar air collector panel, for example on a sunny wall on the side of the garage or storage room, the air quickly becomes very warm inside the panel.
At the same time, the fan powered by photovoltaic solar panels — there are no electrical consumption costs for this system — begins to blow warm, dry ventilation air into the garage or storage room.
The air — which is blown inside — pushes the humid and “old” air out through cracks/gaps or ventilation grilles.
The SolarVenti® solar air collector requires no maintenance, as during the system’s summer standby period, the filter is cleaned by the sun’s heat, eliminating all particles that may have been retained.
